Demonstrate the S.A.L.E.S. process to engage customers effectively. Promote the Ace Rewards program and current promotions. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional. Store Operations: Assist with receiving, stocking, and pricing merchandise. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment. Set up and maintain product displays and signage. Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed. Operate cash registers and process transactions. Team Collaboration: Participate in daily huddles and store meetings. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Assist in training and mentoring new associates.
