Requirements
- 1+ year of sales experience preferred (but not required)
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional and well-groomed appearance
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check and MVR screening
Responsibilities
- Build lasting relationships with customers to promote loyalty and referrals
- Use a consultative selling approach to match customers with the right vehicle
- Maintain expert knowledge of inventory, features, packages, and technologies
- Conduct professional demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and continued business
- Overcome objections and stay positive in sales situations
- Work closely with the Sales Manager on goals and performance updates
- Maintain a professional appearance and bring a positive attitude daily
- Other duties as assigned
