Job Overview: As a Sales Associate , you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by helping customers find the right pool and spa products in a fun, welcoming environment. This role combines sales with hands-on responsibilities, including maintaining store presentation, restocking merchandise, and supporting inventory management. Full training is provided—no prior industry experience required.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Basic math skills, including percentages
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (7–9 hours) and lift up to 50 lbs (with equipment for heavier items)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to build rapport and confidently guide customers through the sales process
  • Team-oriented with a results-driven mindset
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Strong attention to detail, including grammar and written communication

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized product recommendations
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits to support the sales process
  • Perform water testing and offer accurate treatment recommendations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment
  • Support inventory management and restocking efforts
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
