About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by helping customers find the right pool and spa products in a fun, welcoming environment. This role combines sales with hands-on responsibilities, including maintaining store presentation, restocking merchandise, and supporting inventory management. Full training is provided—no prior industry experience required.

Requirements

1+ year of sales or customer service experience preferred
Basic math skills, including percentages
Reliable transportation
Ability to stand for extended periods (7–9 hours) and lift up to 50 lbs (with equipment for heavier items)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to build rapport and confidently guide customers through the sales process
Team-oriented with a results-driven mindset
Basic computer proficiency
Strong attention to detail, including grammar and written communication

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized product recommendations
Demonstrate product features and benefits to support the sales process
Perform water testing and offer accurate treatment recommendations
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment
Support inventory management and restocking efforts
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing questions and resolving concerns
Follow company policies and maintain professionalism in all communications
