Sales Associate - Toyota of Bellingham Primary Responsibilities Adhere to the core values of being: TRUSTWORTHY, TEAM PLAYER and HAPPY TO HELP Support the efforts of all coworkers towards meeting our core values Look for opportunities to provide exceptional and meaningful experiences with customers and coworkers Comply with Go Auto’s policies and Employee Code of Conduct Report to management any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare, liability or integrity of any dealership staff, guests, the dealership itself or the company Be a leader in your own role and assist others in their growth, development and sense of community with the team Protect the legal and financial welfare of the dealership Maintain the utmost legal, moral and ethical standards with all customers and coworkers Attendance at Go University and/or manufacture training as requested by management Primary Duties Realize that the business is built on customer satisfaction and devote themselves to guaranteeing satisfaction to customer Follow the instructions and directions of your supervisors Always demonstrate professionalism and a good attitude Communicate and enforce dealership policies and procedures Complete all assigned CRM tasks daily Learn and know by heart the “Steps to the Sale” Ensure all leads and “Steps to the Sale” are logged in CRM daily Maintain a daily report of activities including number of guests, appointments, demos, write-ups, and sold & delivered customers using CRM Determine each customer’s vehicle needs by asking questions, listening and utilizing a guest sheet Demonstrate new and used vehicles to customers (includes test drives) Deliver new and used vehicles to customers. This process ensures that the vehicle is properly cleaned and that the customer understands the vehicle’s operating features and lays the foundation for customer loyalty Introduces customer to Service and Parts Departments Increase performance and maintain dealership standards by reviewing current statistics with the ASM/SM Meet and greet all guests within moments of arriving at the dealership Develop and apply a thorough knowledge of current new products including new features, customer benefits, specifications, prices, colors, options, accessories, models, series, and standard equipment Ensure complete follow-up with all sold and unsold customers Respond to online leads promptly and thoroughly Reply to all customer calls or inquiries post sale within the business day Perform outbound lead generating phone calls Maintain a clean, presentable and professional workspace Maintain Manufacture CSI score above district/zone average/benchmark.
