About The Position

Are you a recent graduate ready to launch a career in sales? Join Storr as a Sales Associate and gain hands-on experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales, customer engagement, and workspace design solutions. This role is your fast track to becoming a Sales Executive in just 10-18 months.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Sales, Marketing, Interior Design, Communications preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Interest in design and customer experience
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and data

Responsibilities

  • Support senior sales reps with product research, site visits, and client presentations
  • Manage small sales opportunities (<$10K) and build your own customer base
  • Learn sales strategies: prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing
  • Master CRM tools and internal systems
  • Track performance and meet quarterly goals
