Requirements

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Motivated to learn sales processes and product knowledge quickly
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Professional, well-groomed appearance
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships and create customers for life by assisting guests with pre-owned vehicle selection
  • Become a vehicle expert by learning features, options, packages, and vehicle history
  • Conduct professional, high-quality demonstrations of pre-owned vehicles
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referral business
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding goals, activities, and performance
  • Bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and “A-game” mentality every day
