Requirements

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Motivated to learn sales processes and product knowledge quickly
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional, well-groomed appearance
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

Build strong relationships and create customers for life by assisting guests with pre-owned vehicle selection
Become a vehicle expert by learning features, options, packages, and vehicle history
Conduct professional, high-quality demonstrations of pre-owned vehicles
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referral business
Learn to overcome objections and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding goals, activities, and performance
Bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and “A-game” mentality every day
