Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services or a related industry.
  • Minimum 2 years in a client services, sales support, or similar client-facing role.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), and Salesforce; experience with Tableau or PowerBI is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage client requests independently, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, focused on building lasting client relationships.
  • Knowledge of S&P DJI products and services is advantageous; willingness to learn is essential.
  • Self-starter with a track record of delivering quality results and driving improvements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong judgment and analytical skills, with a passion for identifying opportunities to enhance client experience and to grow client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with our Sales team to respond to and process inquiries via Salesforce, covering (but not limited to): New licensing and entitlements Client billing & reporting Client renewals and usage statistics Client prospectus language Existing client maintenance and day-to-day user care
  • Process sales deals—including Data, IP, and Custom Opportunities—manage agreement drafting, and facilitate negotiation with both internal and external legal teams.
  • Effectively collaborate with a range of internal teams such as Finance, Product Management, Data Product Management, Client Services, Pricing Governance, and Legal.
  • Work on both sales and strategic projects to drive workflow efficiencies and support business growth.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and adoption within existing accounts by delivering excellent service and proactive support.
  • Hold weekly meetings with Sales Representatives to provide relevant statistics, KPIs, and updates on key regional and global initiatives.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, effectively conveying complex information to clients and colleagues.
  • Exhibit a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment.
