About The Position

The Sales Associate I plays a key role in delivering a premium shopping experience by maintaining well-stocked, visually appealing shelves and providing knowledgeable, personalized service. This position supports the store’s commitment to quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Previous retail or grocery experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Ability to lift up to 50lbs, stand or walk for extended periods, and push a floor scrubber
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Stock shelves, coolers, and displays with fresh, high-quality products
Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and minimize waste
Maintain visually appealing and organized displays that reflect the store’s upscale brand
Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and locations
Keep store clean, safe, and clutter-free
Ensure shelves are dust-free and products are front-faced and properly labeled
Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of work areas, equipment, and common spaces to maintain a safe, organized, and hygienic environment
Communicate effectively with other departments (e.g., produce, guest services, deli)
Support store events, promotions, and seasonal merchandising efforts
Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about new products and store standards
Follow dress code and grooming standards that reflect the upscale environment
Will complete all duties and requests as assigned by management
