About The Position
Hanania Automotive Group is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Associate to join our high-performing sales team. We’re looking for someone with a passion for the automotive industry, strong communication skills, and a drive to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Prior automotive sales experience is preferred but not required — we’ll provide the tools and training you need to succeed. As a Automotive Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in helping customers find the right vehicle to fit their needs, building lasting relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our dealership. You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that rewards excellence, integrity, and initiative.
Requirements
- A people person who loves connecting with customers and making great impressions.
- Great talker, better listener, and always ready with a smile.
- Comfortable using computers, phones, and digital tools.
- Full of energy, self-motivated, and ready to crush goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must pass a background check and hair follicle drug screen.
