As a Sales BDC Associate, you’ll: Make initial contact with customers and set appointments for the sales team. Follow up on leads from phone, email, and our website. Build relationships and provide excellent customer service. Support the sales team with administrative tasks to keep the process smooth. Help maintain our reputation for integrity, professionalism, and customer care.

Requirements

• A friendly, confident go-getter who loves connecting with people.
• Great communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Comfortable using computers, phones, and tech tools.
• High-energy, self-motivated, and ready to shine in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must pass a background check and hair follicle drug screen.
