About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in representing the Volkswagen brand by guiding customers through the vehicle-buying process with professionalism, product knowledge, and integrity. You will sell both new and pre-owned vehicles while creating a seamless, informative, and enjoyable customer experience from first contact through delivery.   • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to captivate and engage audiences.
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable with digital tools and CRM systems.
  • A self-motivated, high-energy performer who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Must pass background check and hair follicle drug screen.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional, welcoming manner
  • Build rapport and assess customer needs to recommend suitable vehicles
  • Maintain strong product knowledge of Volkswagen models, features, and technology
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
  • Guide customers through pricing, financing options, and the purchase process
  • Use CRM tools and digital platforms to manage leads and follow up effectively
  • Work collaboratively with management, finance, and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards
