Requirements

  • Must hold or be in the process of obtaining a valid real estate license.

Responsibilities

  • Assure lead generation activities are performed.
  • Assist in organizing and developing point of contact with clients.
  • Input MLS listings, write public and agent notes. Meet with the sellers to meet photographer, help get house photo ready, take room measurements and fill out feature details
  • Establish and maintain consistent follow-up program with past clients
  • Track listing transaction documents and forms, coordinate communication between involved parties and ensure proper delivery of documents is performed.
  • Assure all clients, agents and service providers are kept up to date on progress of transactions.
  • Follow through on all commitments or promises made by our team.
  • Attend weekly team meetings
  • Keep a list of relevant topics that come up to discuss at team meetings
  • Manage delivery and removal of listing and yard signs and lockboxes.
  • Seek improvement of existing procedures and systems. Ask questions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Data-entry and maintenance of residential and commercial listed properties.
  • Auditing sales contract files and maintain active and closed transaction files.
  • Other tasks and projects as assigned.
