Sales Assistants are responsible for communicating with Sales Consultants and auditing sales contracts. We look to hire energetic, positive, and enjoyable individuals to join our team. Job Purpose: To generate sales leads, promote services and products, evaluate the needs of each potential client, answer customer questions, and ensure customer contracts are processed smoothly through the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate lead generation through events, and inbound leads via customer calls and walk-ins
  • Responsible for audit bin to be clear in all stores by 11 AM daily
  • Maintain and uphold the Window World core values
  • Maintain a positive culture and work environment
  • Respond to all store and customer emails within a 24-hour period
  • Ensure KBTS bins has contracts processed within 72 hours
  • Responsible to be present at all home shows and festivals for Atlanta, Central, and Huntsville
  • Conduct all calls through the Nextiva App or company extension
  • Ensure showroom cleanliness
  • Assist walk ins and contract supply only orders under the discretion of the VP of Sales
  • Manage the permit process for each sold contract; purchase permits online and in person as required
  • Understand and be able to communicate the Window World story
  • Display a positive attitude and maintain a genuine desire to assist all customers
  • Coordinate with the staff and management to ensure coverage of the showroom during breaks
  • Maintain the literature room cleanliness and document organization
  • Assist in overflow customer service calls related to sales appointments
