About The Position

This role will be located at one of Discovery Land Company’s locations: Atlantic Fields, set outside of Hobe Sound, FL. Atlantic Fields is seeking a Sales Assistant to join the Sales Department. We are currently seeking motivated and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our growing team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about real estate and dedicated to delivering an outstanding experience to clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required
  • 2+ years experience in a relevant industry or professional function
  • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service to members, guests, and team members.
  • Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Long hours may be required due to business demands.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to stay calm and focused during the busiest of times.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; additional languages preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a shift greater than eight (8) hours in length.

Nice To Haves

  • Design skills desirable; experience working with MS Office suite, as well as Adobe design packages desirable

Responsibilities

  • Provide general assistance to the Sales team including tracking sales prospects’ communication with sales ambassadors and marketing team
  • Coordinate tours of prospects at project, including accommodation, transportation and any other services as appropriate
  • Update sales reports on a regular and consistent basis, ensuring high quality and accuracy of information
  • Act as the main point of contact for events at project including working with internal and external event planning team members on ensuring flawless execution of prospective member and buyer events
  • Update and communicate with corporate marketing and corporate sales team members to ensure that event is to Discovery standards
  • Assist with marketing materials as needed
  • Gather sales and marketing materials, as requested by sales team or prospective buyer’s request
  • Serve as main administrative contact and administrative assistant / coordinator for sales office and project
