Responsibilities

  • Order Management: Receive, input, and track customer orders, ensuring accurate shipping information and timely delivery.
  • Client Relations: Act as a point of contact for inquiries, resolving issues regarding orders, returns, or product information.
  • Data & Reporting: Analyze sales data, track inventory levels, and prepare reports for sales managers.
