About The Position

Tew & Taylor is a private provider that serves general contractors, developers, architects, and municipal building departments since 2008. Our core services are building code inspections, plan review and permitting. We have offices in Palm Beach, Tampa, Orlando and Jacksonville. This is an entry-level position designed for someone looking to launch a career in B2B and B2G construction services sales. You will act as the "right hand" to the Vice President of Sales, ensuring the sales department runs smoothly while gaining exposure to high-level strategy and client relations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Open to all majors; Business, Engineering or Construction is a plus).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
  • A "no task too small" attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • This is a 100% in-person role at our office; candidates must be local or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts using the Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Perform initial research on prospective clients and maintain clean, actionable data within our sales database.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners, ensuring timely follow-ups and professional correspondence.
  • Support the broader sales team with event coordination, market research, and performance reporting.
