We are excited to bring on a Sales Assistant to join our Group Protection Distribution Team supporting Workplace Solutions. The ideal candidate will be located within a commutable distance to one of our key city offices and work in a hybrid environment. These locations include Baltimore, MD; Charlotte, NC; West Palm Beach, FL; Houston, TX; Dallas, TX; Seattle, WA; Detroit, MI; and Chicago, IL. Candidates outside a commutable distance would work in a fully remote capacity. The Group Protection Distribution Team will help you grow your group benefits knowledge and establish strong partnerships (internally/externally) while working in this fast-paced environment. As a Sales Assistant for Group Benefits, you will play a critical role in supporting Sales Representatives with Request for Proposal (RFP) management and ensuring a seamless Sold Case handoff. This position is accountable for maintaining accuracy, facilitating clear and timely communication with brokers, and partnering effectively with internal teams.
