About The Position

We’re looking for someone who’s outgoing, organized, and loves connecting with people to join our team. This isn’t your typical “sales” job — you won’t be on the showroom floor. Instead, you’ll be the first impression of our dealership, helping customers online, over text, and on the phone — guiding them toward scheduling a visit. Requirements

  • Strong communication skills (texting + talking)
  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven
  • Comfortable multitasking and staying organized

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service or retail experience is a plus — but not required

Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming leads (text, phone, email, online inquiries)
  • Start conversations and build real connections with customers
  • Schedule and confirm sales appointments
  • Follow up with customers who missed their appointment
  • Re-engage past customers and generate new opportunities
  • Work closely with a supportive team that wants you to win
  • Set quality appointments that actually show.
