We are looking for an experienced Sales Application Engineer/Specialist to join our team in Danielson, CT. This role is 100% on site. As a Sales Application Engineer / Specialist, you will: Use your strong technical aptitude and solution selling skills to identify and engage with new customers; Create and execute strategies to penetrate target companies with specific product groups; Develop SPIROL advocates and build meaningful relationships with them; and Tactfully overcome barriers to success with tenacity, and demonstrate to the customer the benefits of doing business with SPIROL.

Requirements

Engineering or Business/Marketing degree with strong technical aptitude
5-7 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in solution sales of direct materials or products into engineered assemblies and applications
Ability and desire to travel based on business needs and sales objectives
