This role is a hybrid position overseeing sales activity associated with customers, suppliers (product sourcing), logistics and will be the lead person on Nogales in the area of sales and purchasing. Additional areas include ; direct sales to customers, assist sales team with sourcing, local purchases for contracts and short buys, assist with growing communication and markets (from the field/ packinghouse and local Nogales “happenings”). Must be “local” to the Nogales area with established relationships with produce companies in the region. This role is ideal for a strategic, self-starter who displays initiative , hands-on sales professional with a strong background in produce and experience managing national retail and foodservice accounts. The successful candidate will blend field-level understanding with strategic foresight, representing this company as the lead person in the Nogales Operation.
