About The Position

Joplin 44 Diesel Service Center is now seeking customer service-driven salespeople to work our parts counter. Our customer service team is responsible for writing work orders, working with trucking companies on approvals for work, answering phone calls, and creating a repeat customer base. but must be flexible on availability. Service Writers have a very important role, they set the tone for our customers from the start! Bonus opportunity available! Service Writers working for the largest TA shops in the nation have the potential to earn an additional $50.00-$150.00 a week with commissions!

Requirements

Must have experience working in sales or a customer service environment.
Must be able to stand for entire 8-hour shift
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Must have a valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

Class E Driver's License is a plus!

Provide 100% customer satisfaction

Write work orders and enter information into the computer system
Ability to work safely and efficiently in a shop environment
