The Professional Services Consultant (PSC) at 4th Platform is more than a technical expert, they are a trusted advisor who helps clients make confident technology decisions that deliver measurable business impact. This customer-facing, revenue-generating role is at the heart of 4th Platform’s mission to combine technical excellence with strategic insight, driving both client success and commercial growth. Operating within a commercially focused Professional Services division, the PSC plays a key role in originating, qualifying, and converting opportunities into profitable engagements. They lead paid Discovery sessions, shape solution recommendations, and translate complex challenges into clear, outcome-based strategies. Every engagement represents an opportunity to create value for the client while contributing directly to 4th Platform’s revenue objectives and long-term success. By bridging Sales, Service Delivery, and Technology, the PSC ensures that each solution not only meets a client’s technical requirements but also aligns with their wider business goals. Acting as a trusted voice of reason and innovation, the PSC builds enduring relationships grounded in technical credibility, commercial understanding, and genuine partnership. The ideal candidate is a professional who thrives on insightful engagement and tangible results. They bring at least three years of proven success in IT solutions, with both the consultative approach and technical depth required to influence C level decision-makers and deliver meaningful outcomes. They are self-motivated, commercially minded, and naturally adept at identifying how technology can unlock value. Experience with AI capabilities is desirable, but a mindset of continual learning is essential.
