About The Position

D1 Training is an athletic-based performance facility serving youth athletes and adults. We are hiring a results-driven Sales & Performance Director to own the sales pipeline, run consultations, and close high-ticket personal training packages ($2,000+). This is a leadership sales role for someone who thrives on metrics, accountability, and conversion — not a passive front desk position. Compensation includes base salary plus performance incentives tied to sales results.

Requirements

  • 3+ years sales experience (consultative or high-ticket preferred)
  • Proven closing ability and pipeline management skills
  • Comfortable selling $2,000+ programs face-to-face
  • Strong objection handling and follow-up discipline

Nice To Haves

  • Leadership or team management experience a plus
  • Fitness or service-based sales background preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full sales pipeline from lead to close
  • Run structured consultations and goal-setting sessions
  • Close high-ticket personal training and performance packages ($2,000+)
  • Convert 60%+ of qualified consultations
  • Execute daily follow-up via calls, texts, and CRM systems
  • Drive membership, personal training, and program revenue
  • Track KPIs: leads, show rate, close rate, PT revenue, retention
  • Train and coach staff on sales conversations and conversion
  • Oversee POS, contracts, and billing accuracy
