POSITION SUMMARY: As Midway Leasing’s Sales and Origination Manager working out of Los Angeles Wilshire location your responsibilities will include overseeing the origination of subprime, near prime, and prime automotive lease installment contracts.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of high-end luxury and exotics vehicles (Preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of leasing, dealer needs, and industry trends
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Pass background; inclusive of Pre-Employment Drug Test, SSN Validation, Criminal Record and Credit Check.
  • Clean driving record with no drug or alcohol related driving incidents in the last 3 years; No more than 1 serious moving violation in the last 3 years; No driving related suspensions or revocation of Driver License within a 3-5 year period.
  • Will be subject to continuous Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) monitoring
  • Minimum 3 years of licensed driving history
  • 3+ years of sales or account management within corporate environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the luxury automotive industry, with a significant focus on sales and finance/leasing is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university- (preferred but not required)

  • Sales Deal Structuring

  • Marketing, and forging strategic partnerships with dealerships
  • Identifying and communicating opportunities to leverage the scale of the Midway Leasing
  • Analyzing auto industry trends that affect future residual values
