As the Sales and Operations Leader, you will be the face, voice, and energy of our gym. You’ll lead the sales strategy and operations and make our space feel like a second home for every member who walks in. Your #1 goal? Grow membership. Keep our community engaged. Crush turnover. And have a ton of fun while doing it.

Requirements

  • A natural-born leader and motivator who thrives in high-energy environments.
  • An Operations pro with prior GM, Sales Manager, or Assistant GM experience at a gym, training facility, or boutique fitness studio.
  • A sales superstar who loves building relationships and turning a "maybe" into a "YES!"
  • A community builder who gets excited about creating events, programs, and partnerships that bring people together.
  • A people person who’s approachable, fun, and firm when needed. Your team respects you and your members trust you.
  • A resilient multi-tasker who thrives on variety and doesn’t crumble when things get chaotic.
  • Someone who understands that the gym world isn’t always 9–5 and is comfortable with flexible hours , including evenings and weekends.

Nice To Haves

  • Have experience working with youth fitness programs or sports performance training
  • Have a background in athletic training, coaching, or competitive sports
  • Can’t stand mediocrity and love finding ways to improve systems and processes
  • Have a list of referrals from members or team members who say you changed their gym experience for the better
