SAFR from RealNetworks is a unified ecosystem specializing in face-based computer vision solutions optimized for real-world performance. Building on a legacy of digital media expertise and innovation, RealNetworks has created a new generation of products that employ best-in-class artificial intelligence and machine learning to enhance and secure our daily lives. As we scale our SAFR SaaS/HaaS business, we’re looking for someone to own the operational backbone of our go-to-market engine. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for supporting the full lifecycle of our revenue operations, from pipeline management and deal support through order fulfillment and installation. You will work closely with Sales to ensure deals are set up for success before they close, while also owning the operational processes that ensure smooth delivery post-sale. This role blends light sales operations (in HubSpot) with fulfillment and installation coordination to help us scale efficiently. This is not a traditional Sales Ops or Operations role. Instead, you’ll play a critical role both in helping deals close and ensuring they are successfully delivered. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building and running processes, solving day-to-day operational challenges, and working cross-functionally to keep things moving. We’re especially excited about candidates who enjoy using AI to streamline operations and eliminate manual work.
