Provides essential administrative support to the Education Division. Key responsibilities include supporting the Executive team in tracking and reporting operational metrics, coordinating customer business reviews, and regional and national meetings. Support the Sales team by managing the proposal submission process and ensuring the accuracy of data in CRM systems. Supporting the Operations team through tasks such as invoice reconciliation, software data management, and HHS process support, often acting as a central point of contact between Education operators and HHS Corporate Support.
