The Sales and Marketing Coordinator drives business growth by executing marketing initiatives that consistently generate qualified leads, support the sales pipeline, and enable timely, accurate follow-up. This role actively engages in selling to prospects, earning commission on closed deals, while managing CRM data, content, and events, engaging prospects at trade shows, and serving as a trusted partner to sales leadership to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and revenue goals. This position is hybrid; it requires 3 days per week in our Butler NJ office (for anyone within 30 miles), with occasional client meetings, trade shows, or any other in-person interactions as needed.
