About The Position

As our Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting both the Sales and Food & Beverage teams while helping bring events and promotions to life across the hotel. No two days are exactly the same, but your work will help ensure our guests and clients experience exceptional hospitality. In this role, you will help coordinate and execute special Food & Beverage events throughout the property, working closely with the Sales and culinary teams to ensure every detail is handled smoothly. You’ll support the Sales team with a variety of administrative tasks such as preparing proposals, updating client information, organizing files, and assisting with event documentation. You’ll also help maintain the hotel’s social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, highlighting hotel events and experiences, and helping showcase what makes our property special. From assisting with marketing initiatives to supporting client communications, you’ll help keep projects organized and moving forward. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, loves collaborating with different departments, and takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences.
