About The Position

As our Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you’ll support commercial lead generation, marketing initiatives, sales operations, and networking efforts. You’ll work closely with our sales, operations, and production teams to help drive growth, strengthen our brand, and ensure a seamless experience for our commercial clients. Requirements

  • Experience in sales support, marketing coordination, or business development.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in outreach activities.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable attending events and building professional relationships.
  • A proactive, self‑motivated team player who enjoys a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Commercial Lead Generation & Business Development
  • Research and identify commercial project opportunities (high‑rises, warehouses, retail plazas, HOAs/COAs, etc.).
  • Build and maintain a database of property managers, facility managers, and association boards.
  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, and digital channels to set qualified appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and convert contacts into sales opportunities.
  • Marketing & Brand Support
  • Assist with commercial marketing campaigns, email outreach, and contact segmentation.
  • Support planning for trade shows, networking events, and association meetings (BOMA, CAM, IREM, etc.).
  • Help manage online reviews, testimonials, and follow‑up requests.
  • Track and report monthly marketing performance metrics.
  • Commercial Maintenance Program Support
  • Assist in managing commercial maintenance accounts, renewals, inspections, and service opportunities.
  • Support upselling of preventative maintenance programs, repairs, and future re‑roof projects.
  • Sales Support & Estimating
  • Prepare proposals and estimates using templates and information from the sales team.
  • Assist with aerial measurement tools (EagleView, RoofScope, Spotable, etc.).
  • Coordinate sales calendars and ensure timely delivery of proposals.
  • Administrative & Cross‑Department Collaboration
  • Support customer communication and documentation when needed.
  • Work with operations and production teams to gather project photos, updates, and completion documentation.
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems for marketing assets and sales documents.
  • Submit weekly and monthly sales activity reports.
  • Networking & Relationship Building
  • Join and actively participate in a professional networking group (e.g., BNI).
  • Attend networking events and generate new business opportunities.
