About The Position

SwimKids Utah is seeking a driven full-or part-time Sales & Enrollment Manager to take ownership of our enrollment process and customer experience. This role is ideal for someone with 2–5 years of experience in sales, customer success, or operations who is ready to step into a position with more responsibility and impact.
You'll play a key role in driving growth, improving systems, and helping shape the way our business scales.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in sales, customer success, or business operations
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through independently
• Strong communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach
• Analytical mindset-comfortable tracking performance and improving results
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems (CRM, scheduling tools, etc.)

Nice To Haves

• Experience with WordPress or similar platforms is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage the full enrollment cycle-from initial inquiry to registration and retention
• Drive conversion by improving follow-up, communication, and customer experience
• Track and improve key performance metrics (leads, enrollments, retention)
• Identify gaps in processes and implement more efficient systems
• Support day-to-day operations including scheduling and administrative workflows
• Troubleshoot basic system or tech issues and coordinate with vendors
• Assist with website updates and marketing initiatives
• Act as a key point of communication between customers, staff, and leadership
