Experience in driving sales. Will work with Business Banking Relationship Manager Virtual teams in all 4 time zones. Position can be located at a major PNC building within the footprint, including locations not listed in this posting. There will be regular in office expectations. Job Description Collaborates with senior leaders Supports the implementation of the business plan and execution of strategic initiatives for a Territory or Business Segment. Monitors and communicates factors impacting achievement of business objectives, providing transparency and consultation to senior leadership . Develops strategies and tactics that proactively create readiness at the front line. Responsible for the development of tools and resources to drive consistency in managing sales and customer experience outcomes. Utilizes a defined governance process to prioritize strategic initiatives. Ensures adequate capacity to support successful execution of business priorities. Directs the implementation of a systematic approach to facilitate change management within the business from the perspective of the organization and on an individual level. Leads and serves as subject matter resource for heads of products and channels in the line of business. May consult and provide subject matter expertise to Bank Operations and Customer Experience centers of expertise. Requirements

  • Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
