About The Position

The Sales and Catering Manager at Berkeley City Club is responsible for guiding clients through the private event process from inquiry to completion. This role involves working with a diverse clientele, including corporate events, weddings, and social gatherings, while ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction throughout the event planning process.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in event management, hospitality, and/or club industry is a plus.
• Self-starter with a proactive work ethic.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients, members, and team members.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets.
• Experience with property management systems including Clubessential and ReserveCloud.
