Truemont Materials helps communities in the southeastern U.S. become more resilient to ever-increasing infrastructure and environmental challenges. Our innovative wet cast concrete brands include Coast Armor shoreline protection, Redi-Rock and Novum Wall retaining systems, Pole Base light foundations, and several accessory precast concrete products. We’re experiencing tremendous need for our products and are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development professional to expand our presence. You'll own the hunt and the wins by identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting our resilient precast concrete solutions for demanding land and water control projects. It will be leading the way in building relationships with designers and installers of site development projects, and actively selling all brands and accessory products in Florida. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales, and transportation/roadway/municipal design, construction materials, or infrastructure development. This position will travel 50-60% of the time or a minimum of 2 - 3 days per week in regional markets surrounding our production facility in Green Cove Springs, FL.
