Position Summary: The Sales & Business Development Specialist is a mid to mid-senior level individual contributor responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding Zippertubings presence across new and existing accounts. This role blends strategic business development with technical sales execution, supporting customers from initial inquiry through final solution delivery. Reporting to the Director of Engineering & Development , this individual works closely with Sales, Engineering, Technical Sales, and Marketing teams to qualify opportunities, develop customized solutions, and ensure customer requirements are translated accurately into manufacturable products. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys owning the sales cycle, solving technical problems, and influencing business growthwithout direct people management responsibilities.
