About the Role The Sales Analytics Consultant is a key partner to Sales and Revenue Leadership. This role is more than just running reports. You will dig into the data, identify trends, surface risks and opportunities, and help drive improvements across pipeline management, forecasting, and sales productivity. You will work independently, take ownership of initiatives, and help turn strategy into clear, measurable actions that the sales organization can execute against.

Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Experience working in CRM systems, with Salesforce strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to build dashboards, reports, and performance metrics that sales teams rely on.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and stay organized.
  • Comfortable working in evolving environments and taking ownership from start to finish.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills required; experience with ZoomInfo and Power BI is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, including presenting insights to senior leaders in a clear and confident way.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting go to market changes or new sales models is a plus.
  • Experience working with sales enablement tools or programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own sales performance analytics across pipeline, forecasting, new logo acquisition, and sales activity.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide clear, actionable insights for sales leaders.
  • Analyze trends, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend practical next steps.
  • Partner closely with Sales Leadership to improve forecast accuracy and pipeline visibility.
  • Support and optimize sales enablement tools, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
  • Help define usage standards, success metrics, and reporting for enablement initiatives.
  • Identify gaps in processes or tools and recommend improvements.
  • Support the design and rollout of go to market operational improvements.
  • Translate strategic initiatives into clear processes, metrics, and execution plans.
  • Help standardize sales processes, territory alignment, and account coverage strategies.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.
  • Provide analytical support for leadership initiatives and special projects.
