About The Position

The primary job responsibility of this position is to analyze, interpret data and act as a cross-functional liaison with Operations, Marketing, Sales Team, Pricing, International Logistics and Customer Service to support the International Sales Channel’s priorities and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, and graduate degree a plus
  • 5 years of relevant experience
  • Bilingual Spanish-English
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to collaborate and work in teams
  • Understanding of International Markets and Export account operations
  • Skills in: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP and Salesforce.com
  • Good proactive interpersonal, written, verbal communication and team skills

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate relevant tasks with Marketing, Sales, Technical support, Operations, Finance, Logistics to support new businesses, projects and planning.
  • Analyze relevant data to collaborate with Sales Managers in the creation of P&L’s.
  • Manage and maintain pricing for all International Accounts and responsible for the execution of pricing changes.
  • Provide reporting and analyze sales and operational data to identify trends, highlight drivers and obstacles that have an impact in sales performance and goals achievement.
  • Assist with annual planning forecasts, including forecast for new items, monthly sales trends and monthly forecast.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Operational Team in Mexico to ensure set up of new customers, products, orders, pricing maintenance, correct invoicing and delivery of orders in AS400.
  • Coordinate with other departments within the company and the Team in Mexico to set up new products/ part numbers in our operational system to service our accounts in Mexico.
  • Coordinate International marketing activities with International Marketing manager and sales managers to include assisting in the creation of sales promotions to drive incremental volume and margin for OWI /customers
  • Collaborate with operational tasks to support new business structure for our affiliate in Mexico, Peak Automotriz.
  • Provide support to International Logistics Team to ensure accurate order entry and pricing; and assist with resolution of issues related to order shipments and export documentation.
  • Work together with Sales Directors to manage Dorian Drake Account for our customers in Central America, Middle East, China and the Caribbean by confirming pricing; addressing operational, pricing and product inquiries and acting as main point of external communication
  • Capture relevant data and information to create new SOP’s or improve current SOP’s.
