About The Position

Sales Analyst I Primary Duties : High level reporting: POS Sales across multiple retailers: Retail Link, NOVA and additional Key Account Retailers Prepare routine reports and visualizations using tools like Scintilla, 1010Data, excel, Power BI to highlight KPI's such as sales volume, inventory levels and market share Conduct basic post-promotion evaluations to assess effectiveness and suggest improvements Supply Chain Analytics (PO's, Inventory trends, OTIF, work with Logistics) Inventory analysis to align sales strategies with supply chain needs Promotions - before, during and after reporting Promo setup within retailer portals Forecasting support Key Account Sales presentation support Participate in team meetings and assist with preparations for business reviews and retailer partners Key Account onboarding support to facilitate documentation from customer portals to internal teams Key Account Vendor issue support Key Account financial support (accounting, credit, billing, etc.) Key Account liaison between sales, marketing, operations and sourcing Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights for product assortments and category planning Monitor competitor pricing and promotions at major retailers and compile findings for team review Work with item setup coordinator to ensure proper upload into various Key Account portals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
  • 0-2 years experience in sales analysis, or a related role; internships in CPG or retail are a plus
  • Experience with Retail Link (Walmart), Dollar General Portal (1010Data) and addition CPG retailer portals
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI abilities
