Requirements
- At least 16 years of age (some positions may require 18+)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
- Excellent multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to train on and properly use protective gear
- Ability to stand for entire shift
- Comfortable working around water and animals
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
- Basic math skills desired
Nice To Haves
- Previous guest service experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service while providing product information and upselling when appropriate.
- Ensuring guests have a shopping experience that meets and exceeds their expectations.
- Create a memorable experience for our guests through capturing photographs and providing product information.
- While delivering exceptional guest service by approaching and greeting our guests.
