Who we’re looking for: We’re seeking friendly and energetic individuals to provide exceptional guest service in a variety of areas. Your positive attitude and can-do spirit will make all the difference as you help create positive, lasting memories for our guests. Opportunities for you to join us as: Ride Operator Operate rides to provide thrills and excitement to guests. Must be comfortable with heights. Park Area Ambassador Maintain cleanliness of the park for our guests to include monitoring trash/recycle bins and pathways Restroom Attendant (Custodian) Maintain the cleanliness of the park for our guests to include maintenance of bathrooms and restocking supplies Guest Arrival (Ticket Scanning, Tolls Parking, Registers) Create a seamless arrival process for guests through ticket scanning at the park entry, guest parking entrance and registers Guest Services Assist and resolve guest inquiries and/or concerns Park Ops Ambassador, Shows Ensure all guests are following safety regulations at the Stadiums while shows are in operation. Greet and guide guests to appropriate seating.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age (some positions may require 18+)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
• Excellent multi-tasking abilities
• Ability to train on and properly use protective gear
• Ability to stand for entire shift
• Comfortable working around water and animals
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions

Nice To Haves

• Previous guest service experience preferred
• Basic math skills desired

Responsibilities

• Operate rides to provide thrills and excitement to guests
