Requirements

• Must have an active Florida 2-15 insurance license
• Must pass a background check
• Sales-driven with a passion for helping others
• Ability to understand and convey the benefits of various healthcare products
• Active Health/Life License in Florida (02-15 license) required, or willingness to obtain

Nice To Haves

• Sales, customer service, or call center experience is a plus — but strong communication skills and motivation matter most.
• Proven sales experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from Medicare-eligible clients (warm leads provided)
• Build rapport quickly and create trust through confident conversations
• Learn client needs and recommend the best Medicare plan options
• Educate clients clearly and guide them through enrollment
• Follow up with interested clients and close enrollments
• Track activity and performance goals
