Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel.
  • Excellent verbal, written communications, and strong organizational skills.
  • Proven experience in parts sales, including experience in outside sales or customer service in the automotive/machinery industry.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all customer concerns are addressed effectively, collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and relevant teams as necessary.
  • Manage subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
  • Contribute to strategic decisions impacting the functional area of responsibility.
  • Must be capable of resolving escalated issues arising from distributes and end users requiring coordination with other departments.
  • Identify new business opportunities, maintain client relationships, and provide sales support to secure orders.
  • Participate in budget development as required.
  • Perform all work in accordance with established quality standards and safety procedures.
  • Identify trends in sales data and initiate casual analysis when needed.
  • Ensure high level of Customer Satisfaction when assisting distributors.
  • Coordinate with inventory, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure efficient inventory levels and timely product delivery.
  • Assist in aftermarket support functions, such as purchasing, sales support, warehouse support.
