About The Position

Mobilelink is Cricket’s largest authorized wireless retailer in the United States, operating over 500 Cricket stores. The company is seeking a Sales Advocate to join its team. Sales Advocates are offered unlimited earning capacity through a lucrative commission plan and will be provided with the necessary training and tools for success. The primary responsibility of a Sales Advocate is to serve customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Mobilelink offers a clearly defined career path with significant potential for upward mobility into leadership roles within the company.

Requirements

Clear communication skills
Attitude and technical aptitude
Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity
At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions
Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must have reliable transportation to the location
Must live within 30 minutes of home store location with the flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed
Ability to operate a personal computer
Adhere to the Team Color policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance

Nice To Haves

A background in retail sales is helpful, but not required
Strong Social Media presence preferred

Build value by offering tailored and thoughtful solutions to fit each person, family, or business.
Represent our Company and the Cricket brand with the utmost professionalism and courtesy.
Assist our leaders with store operations and duties.
Achieve sales goals and KPIs (which can lead to that much-needed extra bonus payment).
Occasionally participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities on behalf of Cricket Wireless.
Engage with customers, represent Cricket Wireless products and services, distribute marketing materials, and assist with event setup or breakdown at events.
