About The Position

Mobilelink, Cricket’s largest authorized wireless retailer in the United States with over 500 Cricket stores, is seeking a Sales Advocate. This role offers unlimited earning capacity through lucrative commission plans, supported by comprehensive training and tools for success. Sales Advocates are responsible for providing exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs with tailored solutions. The company offers a clear career path with significant potential for upward mobility into leadership roles. Additionally, employees may be required to participate in occasional outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities to support customer acquisition, brand awareness, and business growth, which are considered an extension of regular job responsibilities.

Requirements

Clear communication skills.
Attitude and technical aptitude.
Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must have reliable transportation to the location.
Must live within 30 minutes of home store location with the flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.
Ability to operate a personal computer.
Adhere to the Team Color policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance.

Nice To Haves

A background in retail sales is helpful, but not required.
Strong Social Media presence preferred.

Provide extraordinary customer service by being compassionate towards and understanding their needs.
Build value by offering tailored and thoughtful solutions to fit each person, family, or business.
Represent our Company and the Cricket brand with the utmost professionalism and courtesy.
Assist our leaders with store operations and duties.
Achieve sales goals and KPIs (which can lead to that much-needed extra bonus payment).
Participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities on behalf of Cricket Wireless.
Engage with customers, representing Cricket Wireless products and services, distributing marketing materials, and assisting with event setup or breakdown at such events.
