Requirements

  • The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed. We’re looking for a friendly, tech-savvy individual to fill our Sales Advisor position. This role if heavily focused on customer service. You don’t have to have automotive experience to be successful, but you should have experience providing exceptional customer service.
  • Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience
  • Steady work history and the commitment to starting a new career
  • Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person”)
  • Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Technology savvy
  • Valid U.S. Driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Committed to becoming an expert by gaining in-depth knowledge of our brand's vehicles, accessories, and technology.
  • Has a full knowledge and understanding of our company history and its values
  • Gives customers in depth information on the owner’s manual and warranty
  • Can demonstrate features of the vehicle, show the customer navigation systems, Bluetooth, etc.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction
  • Can conduct a dealership orientation welcome tour – introducing customers to various points of interest of the dealership.
  • Give customers a full demonstration of all the services Mastria has to offer.
