About The Position

The Sales Advisor is responsible for driving membership sales, delivering an exceptional guest and member experience, and supporting daily studio operations. This role is sales-driven, relationship-focused, and performance-based. Sales Advisors act as brand ambassadors and play a key role in studio growth and community building.

Requirements

  • Previous sales, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable discussing pricing, promotions, and membership options
  • Goal-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Availability for mornings, evenings, and weekends

Nice To Haves

  • Fitness or boutique studio experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Drive membership sales through in-person engagement, phone calls, text, email, and social media outreach
  • Greet guests and walk-ins, conduct studio tours, and present membership options clearly and confidently
  • Follow up with leads consistently and manage prospects through the full sales pipeline
  • Meet and exceed monthly membership and sales targets
  • Deliver a high-touch, welcoming experience for all members and guests
  • Respond to member questions and concerns, escalating issues to management when appropriate
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment, including lobby and retail areas
  • Support daily studio operations including opening and closing tasks, light cleaning, and restocking
