About The Position

Rural Route 1 Popcorn is seeking a full-time, detail-oriented Sales Advisor to support our Sales Executive team at our Livingston, Wisconsin corporate office. This role works closely with the sales team to deliver exceptional customer experience, support campaign execution, and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to problem-solve, think critically, and work independently
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize workload in deadline-driven environment
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to accuracy and follow-through
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, with emphasis on Outlook & Excel

Responsibilities

  • Partner daily with Account Executives to support sales initiatives and campaigns
  • Serve as a primary customer contact—responding to emails and calls promptly and accurately
  • Manage customer accounts, including order processing, acknowledgements, updates, and return documentation
  • Maintain product price lists and promotional calendars with guidance from the Sales Team
  • Prepare export documents and support tradeshow and marketing initiatives as needed
