This is a hybrid role based out of our City of Industry office; however, regular travel to our other locations may be required as needed Essential Duties: Great sales are the result of strong purpose, conviction and pride - pride in your ability and your product. Responsible for: Daily support of the sales function and management of the administrative work required of Respiratory Account Executives. Responsibilities include analyzing and reporting sales data, communicating with referral sources, providing knowledge about customers and competitors, presenting to customers, and delivering equipment when necessary. Additionally, obtaining documentation to streamline patient care via phone, electronic ordering platforms, or in person as needed; and managing the operational logistics of overall patient experience and activities associated. Works closely with sales and other functional leaders to develop and maintain the operational infrastructure supporting sales, goal attainment, and diagnostic testing. High-touch in troubleshooting, order processing issues, Respiratory Account Executive requests, and sales-related information systems and procedures. SA will also deliver and pick up documentation and equipment to and from medical offices and facilities. SA will also join RAE’s on in-services and sales calls if necessary.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create, edit, copy, and documents
  • Experience working with Salespeople and medical office staff
  • Ability to analyze sales data in order to improve processes
  • Ability to interact with patients and deliver and instruct on equipment and therapies
  • Ability to drive on behalf of company to perform job duties and responsibilities
