Hudson Ford is hiring a Sales Administrator for an exciting dual role that supports BDC outreach and lead follow-up while working closely with our Ford Sales team. This position is a great opportunity to expand your current sales, BDC, or administrative experience or to break into the industry and learn the sales process from the ground up. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to how a successful dealership operates, build meaningful customer relationships, and lay the groundwork for future career goals. (Hourly + Bonus Incentives) The Sales Administrator plays a key role in supporting both customers and the sales team. Reporting to the Sales Managers, you’ll serve as a vital link between clients, BDC outreach, and sales operations in a dynamic and competitive environment. Requirements

  • Prior sales administration and/or BDC experience welcomed, but not required
  • Customer service or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • A desire to learn, grow, and be part of a team-driven environment

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers, determine the nature of their visit, and connect them with the appropriate sales team member
  • Support BDC outreach efforts and follow up on inbound leads
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments with new and existing customers
  • Communicate customer needs and expectations to the sales team
  • Provide administrative support for daily sales operations
  • Answer customer phone inquiries and maintain accurate client records
  • Prepare reports to support the sales department
